General Manager – Quality & Operations

Functional Area: Quality Management / Logistics / Port Operations / Mining / Shipping Age: Max 45 Years Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, Mining, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in quality management roles within the minerals industries across functions of quality assurance and operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage complex quality systems.

Strong understanding of local and international compliance and regulatory standards
