I have been a part of Sara Group for over 5 years, starting as an assistant company secretary and now serving as the Company Secretary. Being a part of this journey fills me with pride, and I am eagerly looking forward to what lies ahead for Sara Group.
As the Company Secretary, my role involves ensuring the company’s compliance with laws and regulations. I provide valuable advice to the board of directors on legal and regulatory matters. I am deeply passionate about my work and dedicated to supporting Sara Group in achieving its goals.
I am grateful for the growth opportunities I have received within the company, progressing from an assistant company secretary to the current role. Additionally, I also oversee investment matters, adding to my responsibilities.
