Business Head (GM) | Zimbabwe

We are hiring a senior leadership professional for the position of Business Head (GM) to lead and expand our business operations in Zimbabwe.

This role requires a highly dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong exposure to the mining industry and proven experience in managing operations across challenging international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end business operations in Zimbabwe with a focus on growth and profitability
• Oversee operations, procurement, logistics, shipping, mining, and sales functions
• Build and manage strong relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence across functions
• Ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability across mining and supply chain processes
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Mining Geology
• Strong leadership experience in mining and international business operations
• Proven ability to operate in complex regulatory and cross-border environments
• Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and communication skills
